1. I’m not sure what do you mean by cringey. But the closest I found is cringy, which means to be embarrasing or disgusting. I’m sorry if I’m wrong. But the way I understand it, your behaviour is making others uncomfortable, embarrased or disgusted.

I find myself cringing a lot and sometimes its at things that don't make sense, it can be a phrase someone just said and i cringe at it even though its normal, a face someone might pull that is well not normal or might be normal but makes me cringe and ill literally loose my shit inside my head. also i cringe whenever i think of myself in a good way, like it literally hurts me mentally to.
